Ideal family cruiser that could benefit from a new name
Ideal family cruiser that could benefit from a new name
The slightly cheesy named Merry Fisher 815 from Jeanneau is part of the new power line up from Jeanneau for 2009. The new line-up from Jeanneau includes 2 Merry Fisher models, the 815 and the 725 Legende plus 3 Cap Camarat Models, the 635 WA, the 555 and the Style

"Liveability" has been the emphasis for the Merry Fisher redsign. The all-new look for 815 from Jeanneau delivers a stable, high-performance hull, and surprising comfort onboard. In addition, the Merry Fisher 815 is a truly adaptable, multi-use powercruiser. This new model features equipment that is equally well adapted to cruising and fishing. For cruising, the new Merry Fisher 815 offers two distinct living spaces (a large saloon and a forward cabin) in a spacious and well balanced interior layout. The large volume of space on the interior can accommodate a family of four or two couples, featuring a generous forward cabin with a double berth and a saloon that converts into a second double berth (with bench seating at the helm), for extra comfort when on those extended cruises.

The cockpit ensures complete security and features an adaptable modular design that converts from saloon to sundeck. The transom door is located slightly off-centre, preserving the two aft corners of the cockpit for fishing. A flybridge also serves as a sundeck while at anchor.

The Merry Fisher 815 has all the qualities of a Jeanneau complete with a 200 HP engine. Price: Starting at 60,000€, before taxes
