Ben Ainslie was trackside for the European Grand Prix in Valencia over the weekend.

He was a guest of his official clothing sponsor Henri Lloyd who is also the Official Supplier of Clothing and Footwear Technology to the Brawn GP Formula One Team.

Ben spent the weekend looking behind the scenes of a top Formula One organisation and was present to congratulate Rubens Barrichello who won the 2009 European Grand Prix on Sunday, scoring his tenth victory in Formula One and Brawn GP’s seventh victory of the 2009 season.

Over the course of the weekend, Ben took part in a strategy discussion, various media commitments including a live interview with the BBC’s Jake Humphrey, David Coulthard and Eddie Jordan and joined Rubens, Jenson Button and Ross Brawn in the team’s engineering debrief following the race on Sunday.
