![]() Citroën DS and Jeanneau turn 50 Jeanneau will exhibit a series of photos in Paris
boat to commemorate its 50th anniversary. Don't worry if you can get there, it is expected to come to London Boat Show in January 2007 as part of it's "Sailors to the Core Since 1957". Join the Jeanneau Group now! ![]() Boat Jumble anyone? Details of the new Sun Fast 3200 are not available at this time. Looking at the picture coming out of Jeanneau, I personally think this more like a picture taken from a recent Boat Jumble Sale in Lymington. However the exhibit will show those first wooden boats, built in the late fifties, to the newest models, benefiting from the latest technological advances and designed by internationally renowned marine architects, the exhibit “Sailors to the Core since 1957” will trace the evolution of powerboats and sailboats from the late fifties to today. Images of the first “Formula 3000” powerboats competing in the Rouen 24-Hour Race, as well as portraits of Philippe Poupon at the helm of the largest race catamaran ever built while sailing solo in the “Route du Rhum,” will give testimony to the extraordinary passion that has motivated great navigators through the years. ![]() New Sun Fast 32i for 2006 |
